The first two examples below are “Years in Review” for PCCA’s Clinical Services department. Since their customers pay for clinical services as part of their membership fee, these infographics are an annual summary of how that money is used. As far as design decisions, the line was used to carry the reader through the piece and the high contrasting colors were used to highlight key takeaways. At the end of the piece, I wanted to acknowledge our customers and show our appreciation for them. I decided to say “thank you” to them for their support, instead of trying to sell something else. Both pieces received positive feedback from our member pharmacies.
The third example is an infographic on the time a pharmacist could save in the lab when compounding with one of PCCA’s capsule filler base, LoxOral™. For an independent compounding pharmacy, efficiency and quality are of the highest priority and LoxOral offers both of these – the trouble was communicating that to our customers. The piece begins with an introduction into the benefits of the product and then directs them to scroll for a break down into the time savings they would experience compared to using the alternative product. This infographic proved to be a huge success with our target audience. It was a part of a larger campaign in 2017 and PCCA’s sales of LoxOral have continued to increase 10% year after year.
