Quality is more than just a word.
In the compounding industry, there is a lot of red tape and regulation to protect our member pharmacies and ultimately their patients. This makes producing high quality products and sourcing the best ingredients our highest priority. As the most expensive distributor in the market, PCCA wanted to educate their customers in the industry on what goes into their products (and their price).
The PCCA Standard was born from this desire for transparency. My team and I met with the clinical and quality teams to review all the processes in place for ensuring that only the best and safest products wear the PCCA label. With this information, I managed the creation a website to visually represent it all. As the project lead, I ran the bi-weekly meetings and managed deliverable timelines. I was also responsible for final approval before the site launched.
The launch included a social media campaign, promotional emails, trade show handouts and digital signage, and web banners on PCCA’s corporate website. I designed the collateral for all these outlets and have maintained a continued communication for the last two years.
